Refund policy

To process your return please email us at customercare@suparis.com within 14 days of receiving your order for a return authorization. Items returned without prior agreement cannot be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. We cannot make any exceptions outside of the 14-day time frame.

All items must not be worn, washed or damaged, and must have all tags attached and shipped back in its original condition in order to be eligible for a return. Please note that any returns received which do not meet our return policy requirements may be refused and shipped back to you at your expense.

Once received, returns take up to 2 business days to process. Upon completion, you will receive a confirmation email. The return will be refunded via the original form of payment, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to appear on your statement.
