Shipping policy

Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation by email. Each order is carefully prepared and dispatched within 2 business days. A second email will be sent at the time of shipment, including your tracking information.

All parcels require a signature upon delivery. We do not ship to PO boxes. Delivery timeframes are indicated in business days and exclude weekends, public holidays, and any customs clearance delays.Should you decline a delivery, the original shipping costs, any applicable customs duties, and return fees will remain your responsibility and will be deducted from your refund.

FRANCE

  • Standard (2-3 business days): Complimentary
  • Express (Next day): 15€ (Orders placed on Friday will be delivered the following Monday)

EUROPE & INTERNATIONAL

We have partnered with DHL Express for all international shipments, ensuring both speed and full traceability at every step of your delivery.

  • Express (1-5 business days): Complimentary shipping is available from a minimum order value, displayed in the banner while browsing our website.

TAXES & DUTIES

We operate with full pricing transparency. The amount confirmed at checkout is final, you will never be charged additional customs fees or import duties upon delivery.

  • United States & Canada: Import duties are included in all displayed prices. Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout once your shipping address is entered. If you return your order, you will receive a full refund of any duties and taxes paid at checkout.

  • Australia, European Union, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, Singapore & UAE: All displayed prices are fully inclusive of duties and taxes. In the event of a return, you will receive the value of the merchandise, including duties and taxes.

  • Rest of world: Applicable duties and taxes will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout, prior to any payment being processed. Duties and taxes paid at checkout are non-refundable once a shipment has cleared customs. In the event of a return, we are able to refund the value of the merchandise only.
